Attention Seniors! Be sure to pick up your cum file from the Guidance Office. It has all your school records and pictures since you started school in the Iowa City Community School District.

E-REGISTRATION REMINDER FOR 2012-2013

REMINDER: E-registration is an annual process. Beginning in mid-July, parents/guardians will be notified when e-registration opens.  You MUST go into powerschool to complete the e-registration process for the 2012/2013 school year for each of your children.  The process requires parent/guardians to update any health or demographic information that may have changed, as well as give permission for internet use, photos and school directory for the 2012/13 school year.  ALL students must be e-registered prior to the first day of school.

If you have any questions regarding e-registration, please call the Guidance Office at 319-688-1053.

Secondary students will still need to attend their registration day, however prior
e-registration will speed up the process.  Please check your school’s website for your secondary registration day.

SENIOR CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT

Senior Refund Forms for your lunch account balance are available in the cafeteria or the main office.  Please fill out completely and return to the cafeteria manager no later than the last day of school.

Government Launches College Cost Comparison

This year, 1.5 million people will enroll in a college or university. Trying to understand financial aid packages along with the costs and risks associated with paying for school is not easy. The federal government has launched a cost-comparison website (beta version) to help college-bound students and their families compare different colleges or universities. It then shows a side-by-side view of each school’s sticker price.

Monday, June 4, 2012    - for students failing classes 1st and/or 2nd trimester
Plan to register by stopping by your site anytime between:
11:00am to 1:00pm - for High School students

Friday, June 8, 2012 – for students failing classes 3rd trimester
Plan to register by stopping by your site anytime between:
8:00am to 12:00pm – for High School students
