Go to the Baker & Taylor School Selection Online login screen. Enter your login (email address) and your password. 

Create a New Cart. To create a new cart click Go to Cart Listing Page.  Click Create a New Cart (left side), name the cart, and select the appropriate account number for this cart.

To select materials, use the Quick Search box. Type in keywords and author in the Quick Search box. Do more complex searches by selecting the Search option on the navigation bar. 

Note features such as Reviews and Price Check and Availability.

To place a title in the cart, make sure your default quantity is set to 1 in your preferences, then you just have to click on Keep Title and hit Update.

Because we receive a significant discount, before requesting a PO, do a price check on a cart to determine what the discounted cost will be. 

Under Cart Actions, select Price Check.  (NOTE:  Other Cart Actions allow you to print your order, move items from one cart to another cart, perform a duplicate check, etc.)

Email the Purchasing Agent at the CAO to request an electronic PO number. Be certain to indicate the account number.

In Baker & Taylor School Selection Online, return to Cart Listing. 

Under Cart Actions, select Order.

Enter the electronic PO number.  Update information. 

On the order screen, indicate any special instructions. When you're ready click on Order Cart.
