Toni Cilek Toni Cilek graduated from University High School in Iowa City and received both her B.S. and M.A. from the University of Iowa. She is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Speech Pathology and Audiology. Toni is the parent of four children, three past and one current student in the ICCSD. |

Mike Cooper, Vice President Mike Cooper graduated from the University of Iowa with a B.B.A. in marketing. He is the Vice President, National Services for Pearson. Mike and his wife Jan have two daughters; both past students of ICCSD. |

Tuyet Dorau Tuyet Dorau is a graduate of Iowa City West High School and received her BA in Psychology from the University of Iowa and her Clinical Research Coordinator Certificate from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. She is the Coordinator for the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics Visual Field Reading Center in the Department of Ophthalmology & Visual Science. Tuyet and her husband Marc, have one child in the ICCSD and one dog. |

Patti Fields, President Patti Fields graduated from Solon High School and received a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Iowa. She is Vice President for Community Impact & Engagement at the United Way of Johnson County. Patti and her husband Jeffrey have two sons in the ICCSD. |

Gayle Klouda Gayle Klouda graduated from Northwestern University with an M.A. in learning disabilities and received her Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from the University of Iowa. Gayle worked as a learning disabilities consultant for Grant Wood Area Education Agency and in research at the University of Iowa. Gayle and her husband Roger are the parents of a past and a current ICCSD student. |

Michael Shaw Michael received his Bachelor and Master degrees in social work from the University of Iowa. He has worked with and for youth for more than 25 years, including serving as Family Resource Center Coordinator at Grant Wood Elementary School and Project Manager for West Wind EducationPolicy, Inc. He is currently the Program Manager at the Waypoint Domestic Violence Shelter. Michael has 3 children, two current and one former student of the ICCSD, and lives in Iowa City with his partner, Alison. |

Sarah Swisher Sarah Swisher is a Registered Nurse and works for the SEIU as a healthcare organizer and representative. Over the last 10 years she served as Political Director of SEIU Iowa and Executive Director of Iowa for Health Care. Sarah spent the first 20 years of her oncology nursing practice at UIHC. Sarah attended the Iowa City Community Schools, Kirkwood Community College and the University of Iowa. She has two daughters, one at City High.
