Intramurals is run through the West High School Student Senate. All interested students are encouraged to participate.

   
     
Fall Leagues
  The Ultimate Frisbee League:
Ultimate Frisbee
  Games for the league take place at Willow Creek Park on Sunday afternoons. Pick-up games are scheduled through the week as weather permits. All interested students and faculty members are invitied.

Wellness Wednesday:
Co-Ed Soccer
  Wellness Wednesdays offer students an hour of non-competitive, low impact exercising. Most Wednesdays are devoted to Yoga training. All interested students and faculty members - even those who have never done yoga before - are invited to attend. Wellness Wednesdays are free. There are also Wellness Mondays offered throughout the year. These Monday sessions also focus on non-competitive, low impact exercising. All interested students are encouraged to try it out.

  Ride your bike, ride your scooter or walk to school on Fitness Fridays and stop in room 221 before school for a healthy snack celebrating a great and healthy start to your Friday.

    Triathlon Club:
    All students interested in an exciting multi-sport club are invited to join the West High Triathlon Club. No experience necessary... just bring a positive enthusiastic outlook as we cross-train to stay fit and even compete in a local triathlon. See Mr. Shutt in room 221 for club details.
     
    Man Ball - Volleyball competition amongst the guys from each grade level.
    Powder-Puff Football - Junior/Senior girls flag football.
