Student Activity Plan

Students are required by the state to file a Student Activity Plan with the school. Students will be learning about the plan through their PE teachers. Students will be bringing home the following documents which outline this program: Activity Plan Instructions, Student activity plan 09-10, Sample student activity plan 09-10.

Mission Statement
